Familiar with the
mortgage operations of these credit institutions, we have been providing services
throughout the process of externalization of the operational procedures for
managing mortgages; the production of reports, verifications of register information,
specific advice on matters related to mortgages, registration and taxes, the
formalization of all kinds of mortgage transactions, assistance with signing,
monitoring and follow-up of mortgage burdens and the general processing of
their mortgage loan files, facilitating co-ordination in the relations between
the credit entity, the notary’s office and the property register, both
in terms of the bank’s proxies and its clients and collaborators. It
is worth noting that this management service agency handled 10,237 mortgage
